KUNG FU
Kung Fu essentially means “mastery through time and effort”. In Kung Fu private lessons you will master the art of music and how to fully apply that to the guitar or bass. You will feel confident and creative while working your way up the colored strap system. In Kung Fu and other martial arts, you earn your colored “belt” as you improve. In Kung Fu Guitar Lessons, you earn a colored strap! This represents your skill level in the Kung Fu Guitar curriculum. The idea of becoming Kung Fu Music Master is that you can eventually play any style of music with anyone, anywhere in the world. Whether you are a complete beginner or a performing professional, Kung Fu Guitar Lessons will help you become a true music master with “time and effort”.

Shock City School of Music is housed within the Most Trusted Recording Studio in St. Louis, Shock City Studios. Whether you record as part of your lessons or as an annual goal/project, this is a fun and exciting way to experience the music that you work hard on. Recording can be used for an educational tool, be a way to track your progress, or simply to show off your talent! Record in the same space as dozens of highly recognized musicians and with our highly talented professional audio engineers.
