Shock City School of Music and the Kranzberg Arts Foundation are bringing you the Early Bird Jazz Jam Session - a free youth jam session for middle school and high school students who wish to enhance their jazz playing.
FEATURING- HOUSE BAND COMPOSED OF SHOCK CITY SCHOOL OF MUSIC TEACHERS TANNER CALDWELL, GREG DALLAS, AND JOE PASTOR
This is your amazing opportunity to be part of a jam ensemble with professional, talented jazz musicians and meet other musicians your age that are equally passionate about music just like you!
We will be focusing on taking your jazz playing to the next level. Come learn some new tunes and gain experience playing with others in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment! Check out below some Jazz standards we’re planning on covering and recommend coming to the jam knowing:
