ENROLLMENT INFORMATION & SCHOOL POLICY
ENROLLMENT
A 50% deposit is due for all semester length lessons and training in order to reserve your preferred lesson time with your teacher. Lessons may also be paid in full. Lesson payment and registration is non-refundable.
Any vocal coaching or in-session coaching can be scheduled on an as needed basis and payment is required at the time of service or in advance.
A 50% non-refundable deposit must be placed in order to reserve your time with the teacher in conjunction with your Shock City Studios audio engineer.
To withdrawal, please complete the drop form and allow a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be granted and rescheduled when the school and/or teacher is given 24 hours’ notice of need to reschedule. Rescheduled lessons will be accommodated in a timely manner and will be arranged between the student and the teacher. Rescheduled lessons must be used within 90 days.
MATERIALS
Books and materials will be selected by your teacher and will be purchased by the School to ensure timely distribution. All accrued book and material fees will be added to the student’s invoice. Some lessons require a $45 book and material fee deposit upon their start. Books and materials will be deducted from this deposit. Any unused book and material fees will be returned in full upon termination of lessons.
BILLING
Monthly automated payments can be established at the time of enrollment or by contacting the office. These will be automatically withdrawn from your credit or checking account on the 5th of each month. You may make changes to your billing plan at any time through your TeacherZone portal.
If unable to pay by credit card, we will accept cash or check payments. We reserve the right to charge a $35 insufficient funds/return check fee if a check does not clear with your bank.
Kindermusik classes will be set up to be billed on an automatic monthly cycle. Payment will automatically be deducted from your credit card or checking account on the 5th of each month. To withdrawal from class, please complete the drop form and allow a minimum of 30 days’ notice. You may also complete a Class Pause form if you need to temporarily pause your child’s Kindermusik classes.
Invoices will be emailed out to the student or parent, if under 18. Payments are due as indicated on the invoice and prior to any lessons starting.
MISCELLANEOUS
Building door code is for student use only. Door code is a privilege for current students and does get changed periodically. You will receive notice of any changes; please do not distribute door code to anyone other than those in direct relation to your/your child’s lessons.
Business office hours are between 10am-8pm M-F and 9am-5pm Sa. Please schedule an appointment if you need to meet with us outside of your lesson time. Call, text, or email anytime.
