CHRISTINA GOETZ
Voice, Beginner Piano
Christina is a classically trained vocalist with a strong academic foundation in music, holding both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Vocal Performance. Her formal education has shaped her into a versatile and expressive musician, with experience singing in seven different languages. In addition to her vocal training, she has a background in piano and has successfully completed her piano proficiency, allowing her to support students with both vocal and foundational musicianship skills.
She has performed major operatic roles, including the title characters in Cendrillon by Massenet and Suor Angelica by Puccini. Her portrayal of Suor Angelica was performed in Vicenza, Italy, where she also returned for a second season to perform in Le Nozze di Figaro. Christina has also participated in chamber choirs throughout high school and college and has appeared in musical theater productions, demonstrating a well-rounded and adaptable performance background.
In addition to her performance experience, Christina was selected for the Artist in Training program at Opera Theatre of St. Louis, where she further developed her craft alongside industry professionals. As a teacher, she is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop healthy vocal technique, and explore a wide range of musical styles.
